Shipping Information

FirearmAuction.com ships firearms nationwide in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. All firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers and buyers are responsible for knowing and following their local firearm regulations before placing bids.

Buyer Responsibilities

Check Legality Before You Bid It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal to own in their state, county, or city. If a firearm is not permitted in your area, you are still required to pay for it. If you cannot legally take possession, we can assist in reselling the firearm and will settle proceeds back to you after resale.

Provide a Valid FFL All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Buyers must supply us or their dealer with a current copy of the FFL before shipping can occur.

Shipping & Invoicing Process

All firearms are professionally packed in-house. We use Shipping Saint to generate shipping labels and invoice exact carrier rates through UPS or USPS — we do not mark up shipping costs.

You will receive two separate invoices:

1. Pay your auction invoice from FirearmAuction.com. 2. Provide your receiving dealer’s FFL (email or upload). 3. We pack your firearm securely on-site. 4. Shipping Saint emails you a separate invoice with exact UPS/USPS charges. 5.. Once paid, your firearm ships within 1–3 business days with tracking provided. Shipping Costs & Insurance

Long Guns: Typically $45–$60 Handguns: Typically $25–$35 Final rates depend on weight, distance, and insurance value. All firearms are insured for the full purchase amount during transit. Buyer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by their receiving FFL. Ammunition & Hazardous Items Ammunition ships via UPS Ground where legal. We do NOT ship primers or gunpowder due to HAZMAT restrictions.| Buyers must ensure ammunition is legal to receive in their area. Delivery & Transfer

Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers. Upon arrival, the receiving dealer will conduct the required background check and complete the transfer to the buyer. We do not ship to individual or residential addresses.
